Log each cigarette and its main reason, with the time saved automatically. Explore daily, weekly, and monthly statistics. Keep a record of the times you chose not to smoke after a delay or virtual-cigarette session, too.

DECIDE IN 5 MINUTES
Before lighting up, try postponing the decision. Drink some water, breathe slowly, or take a short break. Then decide again. No judgment if you still smoke.

TRY A VIRTUAL CIGARETTE
Tap or hold the filter of an on-screen cigarette to simulate a puff, or end the session whenever you want. This optional interactive exercise is not a proven smoking-cessation treatment.

See common triggers, daily averages, trends, avoided cigarettes, and delay outcomes. Your report uses your records to suggest a manageable place to start. More complete records give a clearer picture of your habits—not just a longer check-in streak.

Recording, delays, and virtual-cigarette sessions do not require a purchase. Once you reach 7 active usage days, the personalized reduction report requires a one-time lifetime unlock. Active days are dates with records, not calendar days since installation. This is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Purchases and restoration are handled by Apple and require an internet connection.
