Mama Bloom is a private cycle journal. It keeps your record on your iPhone — there is no account, no server, no ads and no tracking — and it tells you the truth about forecasts: a period is predicted as an honest range, never a fake-precise date.

Log flow, pain, sleep, mood, energy and symptoms in seconds. The living record organizes every cycle you keep; Insights show the evidence behind every statement, so you can check the app's work; the Learn library explains cycles calmly, with visible sources and clear boundaries.

Privacy, by architecture: the record is protected by iOS Data Protection, the optional widgets are discreet by default, the app can lock behind Face ID, exports leave out intimate categories unless you choose otherwise, and an optional sealed backup lives in your own iCloud, encrypted on your device with a key Mama Bloom never has. One action deletes everything, including the backup.

The optional Private Edition subscription adds cycle-to-cycle comparison, forecast memory and guided visual editions. Payment is handled by the App Store; prices are shown before you confirm.

Mama Bloom is a wellness journal: a record for reflection, not a medical decision and not contraception. It shows no fertile-window or ovulation estimates, and forecasts can be wrong — when a health decision matters, talk to a professional.
