## Description

Struggling to fall asleep? Hypnocis uses gentle hypnotic motion and guided sessions to quiet your mind and ease you into deep, restful sleep.

Hypnocis is a simple, screen-based sleep aid built around gentle, repetitive visual motion — the kind of soft, rhythmic imagery people use to quiet a busy mind and ease into sleep.

Choose from nine slow-moving visuals, each designed around a different relaxation technique:

• Disappearing Text — book-like lines fade away as though being read and forgotten
• Bilateral Sweep — a glow drifting side to side, inspired by bilateral eye-movement relaxation
• Breathing Halo — a glowing ring that expands and contracts to pace your breathing down
• Pendulum — a classic swinging focus point for settling a wandering mind
• Hypnotic Spiral — a slow, endless spiral drawing the eye toward its center
• Drifting Orbit — a soft light tracing a lazy figure-eight
• Ripple — soft rings spreading outward like water after a dropped stone
• Slow Sweep — a glowing hand circling a quiet dial, like an unhurried clock
• Drifting Snow — an ambient field of soft particles falling in slow motion

Every motion has adjustable speed (slow, medium, fast) and a built-in sleep timer (5, 15, or 30 minutes, or off) that gently fades the screen to black when time runs out. The screen stays awake while a motion plays, and tapping anywhere hides the controls so there's nothing but the visual and the dark.

No accounts, no ads, no audio required — just open the app, pick a motion, and let your eyes settle.

Please note: these motions use repetitive, rhythmic imagery and may cause dizziness or disorientation in some people, including those with photosensitive epilepsy or vestibular conditions. Stop watching if you feel unwell, and do not use while driving or operating machinery.
