## Description

EzBizi is field-service business software for companies that run work across more than one location.

Customers, jobs, inspections, inventory, vehicles and staff sit on the same records, so the office and the field are looking at the same thing.

WHAT IS INSIDE

Customers and jobs. One record per customer, whichever location serves them, with the work booked against it.

Inspections. Build a named inspection once, then submit reports from the field.

Inventory. Stock by item and location, with transfers, purchases, issues and sales orders.

Services. The catalogue of work you sell, with prices, groups and labels.

Fleet. Vehicles, insurance, service history and who has the keys.

HR. Invitations, onboarding, contracts and a time clock.

Email and phone. Your company mailboxes and numbers, connected to accounts you already own.

Marketing. Write a post once and send it to the networks you have connected.

Automations. Rules that act when something happens.

Dashboards. One glance per module, so the day starts on a single screen.

BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE LOCATION

An organization holds companies, and a company holds franchises. People see what their role and their assignment allow, and nothing more. A customer served by two locations is still one customer.

SIGNING IN

EzBizi is used by invitation. You need an account from your organization to sign in; there is no sign-up in the app.
