Fla is deliberately plain. A month calendar shows the days you logged a bleed as solid marks and predicted days as hollow rings, with a large cycle-day counter so you always know where you are.

Offline by design
There is no server to send your data to. Nothing syncs, nothing uploads, nothing is shared. Face ID with device passcode fallback keeps the app closed to anyone else who picks up your phone.

Daily log with real detail
Record flow intensity, ten symptoms, a hand-drawn mood face and a private note. It takes a few seconds a day and builds a record that is genuinely yours.

Discharge tracking
Log amount, colour, consistency, smell and irritation. Plain-language guidance explains what is commonly considered typical and when something may be worth mentioning to a clinician. Informational only, never a diagnosis.

Understand your cycle phases
Clear explanations of the menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal phases and the hormones behind each one. Written in normal language, without hype or vague wellness talk.

Predictions that learn
Estimates sharpen as Fla reads your last six cycles. Set an optional reminder a chosen number of days before a predicted period, or leave notifications off entirely.
