LumaBeat turns the phones already in the room into one synchronised light show.

One phone hosts. Everyone else scans a QR code and joins from their browser — no app to install, no account to create. Put the phones around the room and they become a single light rig moving together on the beat.

IT LISTENS TO THE MUSIC
The host phone hears the track and finds the beat, the build and the drop, so the lights land with the music instead of running on a timer. No microphone? Tap the beat yourself or set a tempo by hand. If a DJ nearby is running Ableton Link, LumaBeat can lock straight to their tempo grid.

IT KNOWS WHERE THE PHONES ARE
Light Scan sweeps the camera around the room while each phone lights up in turn, so effects sweep across the real space instead of everything blinking at once.

EVERY PHONE HAS A ROLE
Strobe, wash, pixel or hybrid — each phone is given a job based on where it sits and what it can do. Cues are scheduled ahead of time against a shared clock, so the room flashes together rather than in a ragged wave.

NO ACCOUNTS
No sign-up, no login, no password — guests never create anything. Microphone audio and camera frames are analysed on your device and never leave it.

PHOTOSENSITIVITY WARNING
LumaBeat produces rapid flashing light. A small number of people may experience seizures or migraines from flashing lights, even with no previous history. A warning appears before any strobing content, and every phone can join in a no-strobe mode that renders soft, non-flashing effects instead.

HOSTING
Running a show needs a LumaBeat subscription: $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year, for up to 32 phones. Joining someone else's show is always free and never asks for payment.
