## Description

A night out with a purpose.

Moonraker Challenge is the companion app for Taunton Vale Rotary Club’s Moonraker Challenge — a twilight-into-night team orienteering walk with questions to solve as you trek between checkpoints.

Use the app to learn about the event, participant can create an account, join your team with a team code, choose the SHORT (~8 mile) or LONG (~15 mile) route, answer checkpoint questions together, use shared team hints and attempts, and scan checkpoint QR codes to clock in and out. Teammates stay in sync as you go, and you can add emergency contacts for safety.

Event: Saturday 3 October 2026 at Huish Woods Scout Campsite, West Hatch, Taunton. Teams of 3–8. Starts from 15:00 (last start 20:00). Prizes for most sponsorship raised and most questions answered successfully. Free refreshments on the way. Sponsorship supports charitable causes.
