Seizure Log is a private diary for people living with epilepsy, and for the families and carers who help them.

ONE TAP TO RECORD
The moment a seizure begins, one tap starts a live duration timer. Stop it when the seizure ends and the entry is saved. Every other field is optional — you can fill in the details later, when things are calm.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD
• Duration, date and time
• Seven seizure types following ILAE-style classification
• Severity, aura and warning signs, recovery time
• Whether a carer logged it, and whether it was recorded on video
• Possible triggers — sleep, stress, missed doses, illness, light, alcohol
• Free-text notes for anything that does not fit a field

MEDICATIONS AND ADHERENCE
Add your anti-seizure medications with doses and schedules, get reminders, and see your adherence over time next to your seizure history — so a pattern is visible instead of remembered.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything you enter stays on this phone. There is no account, no cloud, no analytics and no crash reporter. Your health data is never uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.

IMPORTANT
Seizure Log is a diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, predict or prevent seizures. Always consult your neurologist before making any decision about treatment, and never change or stop anti-seizure medication based on anything in this app. If a seizure lasts longer than five minutes, repeats without recovery, or involves injury or breathing difficulty, call your local emergency number immediately.

The free version records seizures in full, always. Premium adds unlimited medication slots, full trigger analysis and the PDF doctor report. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; a one-time lifetime unlock is also available.
