## Description

MoodTriggerLog is a private archive for what actually happens in a moment — not a mood picker, not a quiz, and not a diagnosis.

Most apps ask if you are happy or sad. That is too thin. A hard day is usually a chain:

Event → emotion → body.

Example: being rushed at work. Irritation. Fast heartbeat, chest tightness.

MoodTriggerLog stores that chain so you can see, over time, which kinds of events most often light up a negative feeling. It counts. It clusters. It does not score your personality or tell you what you are.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• The event — what happened, in your own words
• The source — work pressure, social friction, digital overload, family, money, rest, and more
• The emotion — irritated, anxious, overwhelmed, ashamed, numb, relieved, and many others
• Intensity and how long it lingered
• Body reactions — fast heartbeat, tight jaw, shallow breath, stomach knot, and more
• An optional note. What you noticed, not what it means.

LOG
Search and filter your archive. Edit or delete any entry. Your words stay yours.

MAP
A calendar of the month, colored by what you actually logged that day. Tap a date to open that day’s chain, then view, edit, or delete.

GROUND
When the body is still loud, open a timed reset. Box breath, 4-7-8, physiological sigh, coherent 5-5, triangle breath, extended exhale, 5-4-3-2-1 senses, body scan, humming breath, or an open sit. Each method has its own animation and a countdown. It is a timer, not a treatment.

ARCHIVE
Automatic clusters show which event source appears most often with a negative feeling. Radar charts, hour heat, valence mix, intensity spread, and a 14-day volume strip restate the same archive as shapes and counts. The rim of a radar is simply the loudest axis in your data. Nothing here is a trait score.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT
MoodTriggerLog does not diagnose, predict, or treat. It does not replace care. If you need support, that lives outside this archive.

Your logs stay on your device. You write the record. The app only keeps the count.
