• One tap begins a session — the room dims to near-black over the first minute
• An amber ring counts down and a gentle cue paces your breathing
• A Live Activity follows the session on your lock screen and Dynamic Island
• Interruptions are streak-neutral — the ember only dims, nothing is punished
• Completion brightens the ember and settles with a soft three-tap haptic

Your nights accumulate into growth stages — Kindled after 3 nights, Steady after 14, Bright after 30, Beacon after 62. The flame breathes on the home screen, blooms when you tap it, and brightens as your quiet nights add up.
