Mindful blocks time-wasting apps at the times you set. No need to put your phone away entirely—only your selected apps will take a break.
HOW IT WORKS• Choose your blocked apps. Mindful suggests your most time-consuming apps of the week with just a single tap.• Set your schedule. Morning, work hours, or before bed: your schedules automatically turn on and off.• Take a moment if you must open it. Write down why you need it, unlock it for a few minutes, and it will lock right back up.• Watch your day clear up. Stay on track with your goals to keep your day bright and sunny; lose track, and it turns dark. Every clear day adds to your streak.• Home Screen Widget. Check your daily progress at a glance without even opening the app.
HONEST NUMBERSFull analytics are completely free. Track your saved time, paused limits, weekly charts, and streaks. The "Where Did the Time Go?" breakdown is also free, showing you exactly how much time you spent on unlocks.
STRICT MODE (PRO)No bypasses during scheduled block hours. Even your settings get locked. The only emergency exit: once a day, you must wait 1 minute, type a confirmation sentence, and get a 5-minute unlock. This will be visible in your history.

TERMS OF USE
Mindful Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
