## Description

Your work orders, your customers, and the person dispatching you — in your pocket. Finish a job, photograph the proof, and answer the office without leaving the site.

CommsRail puts the field half of your workday on your phone: the jobs assigned to you, the proof that you finished them, and a direct line to whoever is running the schedule.

It is the companion app to the CommsRail platform your organisation already runs. What you see here is what your office sees.

Work you can actually close out

• Every task assigned to you, open ones first, with due dates and the notes whoever assigned it left behind.
• Photo tasks ask for a picture of the finished work, taken on the spot — the job is not marked done until the evidence is attached.
• Add a note as you complete something, or skip a task with a reason, so the office learns why rather than just seeing a gap.
• Assign work to a teammate from your phone, if your role allows it.

A direct line to dispatch

• A two-way thread between this device and the office. They send, you reply, nobody is guessing whether it was read.
• Some messages arrive with a job attached: a deadline and a single button to confirm it is handled.
• Push notifications for new work and new messages, so the phone tells you rather than you checking.

Built for real organisations

• Belong to more than one organisation? Switch between them from your profile; each one's data stays entirely separate.
• Sign in with a password, a code emailed to you, or your Apple, Google or Microsoft account.
• Your administrator decides which sections each person sees, so the app shows a crew member the work and an owner the whole picture.

CommsRail requires an account with an organisation that already uses the CommsRail platform. If your company has not set one up, speak to whoever runs your systems before installing.
