SERVICE STOPS, DOCUMENTED
Log water-chemistry readings and chemical dosages with fast numeric entry, take multi-shot photos, and leave notes the office can actually use. Reading and dosage lists are configurable: set company defaults once, override per customer where needed.

WORK ORDERS AND QUOTES
Create work orders from templates, schedule them onto routes, and track them to completion. Build quotes and send customers a secure approval link — they review and approve from any browser, no app required.

BILLING THAT KEEPS UP
Connect QuickBooks Online to sync customers, estimates, and invoices. Generate monthly invoices from actual scheduled and completed service, with per-customer rates and proration handled for you. Automated billing can run on a schedule once you turn it on.

CUSTOMERS IN THE LOOP
Send service summary emails with photos after a visit. Your team gets push notifications and a daily digest, so nothing slips between the field and the office.
