## Description

Daily finger training with your Bluetooth force gauge. One tap from open to pulling, and the clock only runs while you actually hold.

Get a Grip runs your daily finger training. Build your routine once and it greets you every time you open the app, one tap from pulling. The app connects to your Bluetooth force gauge, tares it, counts you in, and times every hold from what your fingers actually do. Chalk up or shake out mid-set and the clock stops with you: it only runs while you hold your target load.

Works with the Tindeq Progressor and the Frez Dyno, with experimental support for several other BLE gauges and crane scales. Left the gauge at home? Every routine also runs as a plain timer.

There is no exercise library to curate. A grip is just an edge depth, which fingers, and a position, written straight on the set. Prescribe 25% of max once and every grip resolves to its own target load, per hand, from the maxes you have measured. Choose pounds or kilograms in Settings. The rest countdown starts when you actually let go of the edge, and if the next set is on a different grip, the rest screen says so before you get there.

A Live Activity keeps the countdown and the target on your Lock Screen for the whole session. Every rep is recorded. A day of climbing at the gym counts as training too, because it is.

No account, no analytics, no ads. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, nowhere else. The whole app works in English and French.

Get a Grip is an independent app, not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Tindeq or any other gauge maker.
