Not My Kids switches off the apps that keep your child awake — automatically, every night, at the time you choose.

Set a bedtime window once. Pick the apps. From then on those apps simply stop opening at bedtime, and come back in the morning. No nightly argument, no confiscating the phone at the bedroom door.

REAL BLOCKING, NOT A REMINDER
Not My Kids uses Apple's own Screen Time controls, the same system built into iOS. Blocked apps do not open. A notification your child can swipe away is not a bedtime. This is.

KEEPS WORKING WHEN YOU ARE NOT WATCHING
Bedtime still runs if the app is closed, force-quit, or the phone is restarted.

BEHIND A PARENT PASSCODE
Every setting sits behind a passcode you choose, with a lockout after repeated wrong tries, so the schedule cannot be quietly undone.

SET UP IN ABOUT A MINUTE
A few questions about your child's age and how bedtime goes now, and the app suggests a schedule. Drag the dial to whatever actually suits your family.

SEE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED
Insights shows the hours protected, your run of consecutive nights, and how often a blocked app was reached for and refused.

One honest note about that last part: a phone cannot tell whether a child fell asleep. We do not show sleep scores or sleep hours, because we would be inventing them. Everything in Insights is something the device genuinely observed.
