## Description

Start a free block. Choose when it ends. Adult sites stay blocked for the whole session.

Daybreak blocks adult content on your iPhone. The content filter is free and unlimited. Start a block, choose when it ends, and the filter works for that whole block. There is no trial on it, no usage cap, and no upsell inside it.

WHAT THE FREE TOOLS DO

Content filter. Blocks adult websites in Safari and across the system using Apple's Screen Time framework while your block is active. It runs on your device. Daybreak never sees which sites you visit, because the filtering happens locally and there is no server to send anything to.

App and category selection. Choose specific apps or whole categories to block. Apple gives Daybreak opaque tokens for your selections, which means the app genuinely cannot see what you picked.

Custom domains. Add any site the built-in filter misses.

Your reason. Write why you are doing this. It appears on the shield when you open something you blocked, which makes it the most useful sentence in the app.

Urge tools. Breathe for two minutes. Do quick math. Name five things around you.

WHAT A SUBSCRIPTION ADDS

The features below require a separate subscription purchase.

Schedules. Set recurring windows when your chosen apps and sites are blocked. Weekday mornings, Sunday evenings, whatever shape your week actually has.

Nightly curfew. One recurring block for the hours that matter most. Late night is where most people lose the thread, so this one gets its own switch.

Settings lock. Lock your own settings for the duration of a session so a moment of wanting to change them does not become changing them.

Deletion lock. Optionally prevent app deletion while a session runs. This is a device wide iOS restriction, so it blocks deleting any app, not only Daybreak. It is off by default and you turn it on yourself.

Lockdown mode. Apply the strongest block Daybreak can set for one hour, three hours, until morning, or until you return. Calls and messages stay available, and iOS may treat some system apps differently.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT THIS

There are no streaks to break here and no red screens telling you that you failed. A slip is information about what you were doing at the time, not a verdict on you. The app is built to be there the next morning either way.

WHAT DAYBREAK DOES NOT DO

No blocker catches everything. Daybreak covers the paths it covers, and determined effort will find a way around any content filter on any platform. This is a support for a decision you already made, not a guarantee, and it works best when you treat it that way.

Daybreak does not monitor anyone else. There is no parent mode, no partner dashboard, and no reporting to a third party. It is your device and your settings.

Daybreak requires Screen Time permission to function. iOS asks you for it during setup and blocking cannot work without it.
