Vit is a single place to track all your vitals: mood, fasting, sleep, weight, activity, water, and supplement intake.
Log your sick days, injuries, and symptoms - remember what helped and what didn't.
Our bodies can change shape without the weight number moving. Take a photo and compare your progress, or compare several photos side by side.

Every day gets a ring built from everything you logged, not one habit, but the full picture. Scroll back through months and see the good stretches and the bad ones for what they were, then tap into any day to see exactly what was going on.

Widgets that put today's status where you'll actually see it and a Watch app for logging without reaching for your phone.

No account, no sign-up, no servers. Everything lives on your device, and optional sync goes through your own private iCloud.

Lock the whole app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

Vit is free to download. All daily logging is included at no cost: water, weight, sleep, mood, activity, fasting and your health log, plus browsing your full calendar history. The free version also includes insights for the last 7 days, up to 2 supplements, and up to 4 progress photo sessions.

Vit Pro subscription is required for these features:
- Patterns: personalized insights across your logs
- 30-day and 90-day insight ranges
- Unlimited supplements
- Unlimited progress photo sessions
- Category streaks

Vit Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
