## Description

Two minutes a night. Write what actually happened; tag which dimensions it touched. Watch the shape of your leadership over weeks.

Most leadership development treats leadership as a set of traits you either have or lack, measured by annual reviews written months after the fact. Leaders Journal treats it as a set of small daily actions that either happened or didn't.

Each evening, write what actually happened — the decision you made without full information, the conversation you softened, the question you asked instead of the answer you gave. Tag which of the eight dimensions it touched. That's the whole practice, and it takes about two minutes.

THE EIGHT DIMENSIONS

Empathy — noticing and responding to someone's state
Clarity — someone leaves knowing what to do next, and why it matters
Inquiry — asking what you were missing before deciding
Developing others — coaching, feedback, a stretch delegation
Decisiveness — making the call, or unblocking one
Accountability — keeping a commitment, or holding someone to theirs
Composure — how you responded under pressure
Levity — making the room easier to be in

NOTHING IS RATED

There are no five-point scales and no self-assessments. Rating your own empathy every night produces eight identical scores by the second week. The app records only whether you showed up on a dimension at all — because the gaps are the useful part. A month of entries with an empty Inquiry column tells you something no score out of ten ever will.

WHAT YOU GET

A calendar showing where you logged and where you didn't. A radar chart that scales to your strongest dimension, so the shape stays legible from the first week. Score tiles for all eight. And three exports — a shareable image, a spreadsheet of every entry, and a full backup.

STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No analytics. Your reflections are stored on your device and nowhere else, and nothing leaves unless you send it yourself through the share sheet.
