## Description

Press play on your morning. Anchor shows one step at a time with the clock made visible—and skipping costs you nothing.

Habit apps punish you for missing a day. Anchor can't — there's nothing to break.

It isn't a checklist. It's a player. Press play on "Morning launch" and Anchor shows you one step, full screen, with a bar you can watch shrink. Done. Next step. That's the entire interaction.

WHY IT'S SHAPED THIS WAY

Generic habit trackers assume the hard part is remembering. It usually isn't. The hard parts are starting, sequencing, and not being able to feel how long things take. So:

• ONE STEP ON SCREEN — nothing to scan, nothing to lose your place in
• A VISIBLE TIME BAR — time made physical, moving continuously. When it hits zero the app says "no rush." It never alarms at you.
• SKIP WITH NO PENALTY — labelled exactly that, on every step. Skipping is a normal thing a person does, not a failure state.
• A STREAK THAT CANNOT BREAK — "17 days showed up" only ever goes up. Come back after two weeks away and the app is warm about it. There is no number waiting to be reset to zero.
• PAUSE AND +1 MIN on every step, because interruptions happen

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Two ready routines — Morning launch and Evening shutdown — fully editable. Build your own: add, delete, reorder steps, set minutes, pick an icon. A low-stimulation dark mode for evening routines. Everything on-device.

Anchor is designed around ADHD-friendly patterns: externalised time, single-focus screens, and no shame mechanics. It is a routine player, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or claim to improve any condition.
