## Description

The driver app for NEMT, school and wheelchair transportation across Arizona. Clock in, run your route, confirm riders and capture signatures in one place.

A1 Transit Driver is the companion app for drivers of Phoenix Transportation Management, DBA A1 Transit LLC. It puts your shift, your route, and your paperwork in one place, so you can spend less time on your phone and more time on the road.

Built for non-emergency medical transportation and student transport, it handles both fixed routes with multiple riders and individual trips.

YOUR SHIFT
• Clock in and out, with your shift hours and running timer on the home screen
• See your assigned vehicle at a glance
• Today's schedule and next-day schedule, so you can plan ahead
• Filter by scheduled, in progress, or escort trips

FIXED ROUTES AND STUDENT TRANSPORT
• Routes group every rider on the run into one view
• Student records show school, district, grade, and school times
• Flags you need before pickup: breakfast, must-ride-alone, guardian required
• Confirm which students boarded and mark no-shows without leaving the run
• Guardian contact details when you need to reach someone

NAVIGATION
• Route view maps every stop with your live position
• Step through stops one at a time so you always know what is next
• Pickup and drop-off addresses with distance and timing for each leg

PROOF OF SERVICE
• Capture driver and customer signatures on the device
• Save a reusable driver signature so you are not re-signing every trip
• Photograph documents when a record needs one

REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE
• Vehicle inspection and vehicle handling reports
• Incident and accident reports, with photos
• Fuel receipt capture

PAY
• Pay summary by period, with hours, trips, miles, and rate

STAYING IN TOUCH

WHILE YOU DRIVE
The app shares your location with your dispatch office during an active shift, including in the background, so dispatch can give riders and care facilities an accurate arrival time. Location sharing runs only while you are on shift.
