Work Contacts is a companion app to iSync365, a contact distribution and management platform used by your organization. Once an admin sets up an account and assigns you to a contact list, everything syncs automatically to your phone — coworkers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, customers, whoever your role needs you to reach.

IMPORTANT: This app requires an active iSync365 account provisioned by your organization. If your employer or organization hasn't set up iSync365 and added you to a contact list, this app won't have anything to sync. Ask your IT admin or office manager if your organization already uses iSync365.

WHAT THE APP DOES:

Automatic contact sync — No saving numbers by hand, no digging through old emails just to find someone's number. Once you're assigned to a list, it stays current on its own — updates, additions, and removals all happen automatically in the background.

Call and text, right from the app — Reach anyone on your assigned lists directly, no need to copy a number somewhere else first.

Know who's calling — If enabled, Caller ID shows you exactly who's calling, even for people you've never personally saved.

Your privacy, locked down — Work contacts live in their own secure, separate space on your device. They're never merged with your personal contacts, photos, or messages, and nothing else on your phone is ever touched. If access to a list is ever removed, only that separate space is affected — your personal contacts stay exactly as they were.

Messages from your admin — Get updates and messages sent directly from your organization's administrator, right inside the app.

Simple sign-in — Sign in using your existing Microsoft work account. No extra passwords, no separate registration, no complicated setup.
