## Description

Step off the scale and the numbers are already in Health. Weight and body composition come from the Home Assistant instance you already run — nothing in between.

Body Scale Sync moves the readings from the scale you already own into Health, through the Home Assistant instance you already run. No account, no server of ours, nothing collected.

SET IT UP ONCE
• Point the app at your instance — a local address or a public one. Sign in through Home Assistant, or paste a long-lived token.
• Confirm the entities. The app ranks the candidates for each measurement and shows you what it picked before it writes anything.
• Then it keeps up. New readings land in Health on their own, and the same reading is never written twice.

WHAT IT WRITES
Weight always. Body fat, muscle mass and BMI when your scale measures them and Home Assistant exposes them as entities.

BRING THE HISTORY
The first sync can import what your instance already recorded. It reads Home Assistant's long-term statistics rather than the raw states a recorder keeps for a few days, so it reaches back a year instead of a week.

ON THE HOME SCREEN
Two widget sizes. The small tile carries the last number; the wide one adds seven days and the composition metrics. Both show how long ago the reading arrived, so a scale that stopped reporting is visible without opening anything.

WHAT WENT IN
A full list of everything the app wrote into Health, with any entry removable — and a deletion is not undone by the next sync.

PRIVACY
The app talks to exactly one address: yours. No analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party SDKs. The credential stays in the iOS keychain on the device, and health data never leaves it.

REQUIREMENTS
A Home Assistant instance you can reach from your iPhone, and a scale whose readings it publishes as entities.
