WHAT THE SCORE MEANS Incy scores the regulatory profile of an ingredient list — not the product, and not your skin. Every ingredient is checked against the EU CosIng dataset (Pro): → Banned in the EU (Annex II) → Conditionally permitted in the EU, with the condition shown (Annex III) → A fragrance ingredient the EU requires to be named on the label → On an EU positive list: approved as a colorant, preservative or UV filter Every flag cites its Annex reference so you can look it up yourself.
