Lull is a privacy-first Screen Time companion. Choose the apps you want to use less, then use manual shielding, a daily limit, or a focus schedule. When the impulse appears, Lull helps you pause before deciding what to do next.

All version 1.0 features are free:

• Start and release system shields manually
• Set a daily usage limit
• Set recurring focus schedules
• Time-aware companion rituals that adapt to repeat pauses
• A local pause streak
• A private weekly reflection generated on your device
• View an on-device report for selected apps in Today

Privacy is part of the product. Selected apps, usage totals, and reflections stay on your device and its App Group. No account, ads, product analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Lull uses Apple's Family Controls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks. Authorization, report refresh timing, and system shield presentation are controlled by iOS.
