## Description

Your apps lock when you pass the limit you set. Earning them back takes push-ups, counted by the camera on your phone. Nothing leaves the device.

Meridian locks the apps you choose when you pass the daily limit you set.
To unlock them, you do push-ups. The camera counts them on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick the apps. Set a limit. Choose your set.

When you reach the limit, those apps stop opening. Meridian tells you what
you owe. Complete the set and your time resets.

Reps are counted by on-device pose detection. Video is analysed frame by
frame and discarded. It is never recorded, never stored, never transmitted.

YOUR SCREEN TIME STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Meridian uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which keeps per-app usage
inside the system sandbox on your device. Your screen time is never
uploaded. There is no analytics SDK in the app.

You can also see where the day went. A breakdown by hour, drawn on your
device from data that never leaves it.

YOU SET THE LIMITS

This is not parental control. There is no second account, no remote
management, and no way to configure another person's device. You choose
the apps, the limit, and the exercise.

RISE WITH FRIENDS

Add friends by handle and compare two numbers: Peaks, your streak of days
completed, and Moves, the reps you have done today. No feed, no comments,
no public profile. Friends see your numbers only after you both accept.

An account is optional. The core loop works signed out, permanently. Sign
in with Apple is the only sign-in method, and deleting your account removes
your data and revokes the token.
