See today’s jobs, customer details, addresses, notes, assigned staff and job status. Call or message a customer from the job, get directions, and update the work as it moves from On My Way to Completed.

QUOTE, DOCUMENT, INVOICE
Create estimates with parts, labour and tax; collect customer approval; then turn completed work into branded invoices. Capture site photos and complete field checklists so the job record shows what was done.

GET PAID YOUR WAY
Send payment links through Stripe or Square, take deposits or full balances, and record cash, e-transfer, cheque and other offline payments. Handro adds no payment markup; processor fees still apply.

KEEP REPEAT CUSTOMERS ON TRACK
Create recurring jobs for routine maintenance and seasonal service. Keep customer history, jobs, invoices, payments and memberships together. Sync customers, invoices and payments with QuickBooks or Xero; Wave syncs customers and invoices.

Solo gives one operator unlimited jobs. Team supports up to 10 people. Owners and admins control business settings while staff access is based on their role.

Eligible customers can start a 14-day free trial. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.

Existing customers can sign in, or create an account with Google and complete setup in the app. An internet connection is required for live business data and actions.
