## Description

A human life is about 4,700 weeks. Weeks Left draws every one of them.

Each small square is one week. The weeks you've already lived are filled in; the ones ahead are empty. One red square marks the week you're in right now. Scroll a screen and you've seen your whole life — where you've been, where you are, and how much is left.

THE GRID
• 52 squares per row, one row per year of life
• Grouped into decades, so you can find any age at a glance
• Lived weeks fade with age — the oldest are faint, recent ones solid, giving the grid the texture of real time
• Your current week is marked in red and updates on its own
• Everything fits the width of your screen. No pinching, no sideways scrolling

THE NUMBERS
• Weeks remaining, large enough to read across the room
• Weeks lived, percentage spent, and your age
• A progress rule showing exactly where the present sits in the span of a life

LIFE EVENTS
Mark out the stretches that shaped you — a job, a city, a degree, a relationship, a diagnosis, a sabbatical.
• Give each one a start date, an end date, and a colour
• Events paint straight onto the grid, so you can see how much of your life a chapter actually took
• Dates that land mid-week snap to the nearest week block, and the editor tells you how many weeks an event will fill before you save it
• Overlapping events nest properly: a two-year job shows through the decade you spent in one city
• Tap any week to see its exact dates, your age, and every event covering it

HOW FAR AWAY YOU ARE
Weeks Left keeps the distance in front of you, in the only unit it counts.
• The event you're currently in shows how many weeks are left of it
• If you're between events, the next one shows how many weeks until it starts
• Tap any square to see how many weeks it is from today — forward or back

LIFE STAGES
Optionally colour-code childhood, education, career and retirement, so the shape of a life is visible before you've marked a single event.
