## Description

NextGen Smart KDS is the kitchen display system for restaurants running on the NextGen Kitchens platform. It replaces paper tickets with a live order board on the iPads your team already uses.

FOUR VIEWS, ONE APP
Kitchen staff see live tickets grouped by station, with prep status on every item. Runners see what is ready and what is in transit. Managers can prioritize an order so it floats to the top of every board. Owners get on-time performance and friction at a glance.

BUILT FOR A REAL KITCHEN
- Order tickets by station, or an all-stations expediter view
- Start and complete items individually, or bump a whole ticket
- Recall an order that went out too early, with remake and per-item options
- Hold and resume tickets without losing their place in the queue
- Audible alerts for new orders, scoped to the station this device is assigned to
- Multi-restaurant support, so one board can cover several brands in a shared kitchen

BLUETOOTH RECEIPT PRINTING
Print kitchen tickets to a Star Micronics Bluetooth receipt printer. Pair the printer once during device setup and print automatically on new orders, or on demand from any ticket.

NextGen Smart KDS requires an active NextGen Kitchens account. Contact your administrator for access.
