## Description

Customer Flow is an open-source, self-hosted consultation workflow that helps agencies and doctors collaborate on patient cases.

Agencies can create case records, add optional patient and contact details, upload clinical photos, record initial estimates, and continue the conversation as recommendations develop.

Doctors can review incoming cases, inspect and annotate photos, send questions or recommendations, and optionally include graft and price guidance. Role-aware dashboards help each participant focus on the cases that need attention.
