Every day you get a Shot of the Day: watch a clear maneuver tip, then train the movement at home. Build muscle memory, technique, and consistency in about five minutes.

HOW IT WORKS
• Watch the tip : precise, detailed maneuver explanations
• Do the drill : timed reps to lock in body mechanics and flow
• Build your streak : come back daily for XP, levels, and progress

TRAIN WHAT MATTERS
Work on technique, mobility, agility, reactivity, weight distribution, footwork, speed, power, flow, and style; without needing a wave.

FOR SURFERS
Lock in skills between sessions. Track your streak, level up, and stay ready for the lineup.

Invite students with your code, keep them training between lessons, and follow their progress.
