## Description

Road Trip Replay records your drives as GPS routes you can relive, share, and export — all stored privately on your device.

Record
Start a trip with one tap, or tell Siri to start recording hands-free. The app records in the background even when your phone is locked, and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen shows your distance in real time as you drive.

Replay
Watch your route come to life on an animated map, with the road revealing itself as a marker travels your exact path. Speed up or slow down playback, scrub to any point, and see photos you took along the way pinned to the map at the moment you took them.

Explore your stats
Every trip shows a full breakdown — distance, moving time, stops, top speed, moving average, total climb and descent, and highest and lowest points. All calculated on-device from your GPS data, with nothing sent to any server.

Export
Share your route as a video — portrait or landscape, up to 30 seconds, in Standard or High Quality — and post it directly to Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else. Or export as a GPX file to import at RoadTripReplay.com for an interactive replay, speed heatmap, and a shareable link anyone can view without the app.

Import
Bring in GPX files recorded with any other app or device — they'll appear in Past Trips ready to replay, export, and explore.

iCloud backup
Your trips are automatically backed up to your private iCloud account. If you get a new phone, your trips restore themselves the first time you open the app.

Privacy
Everything is stored locally on your device and in your own private iCloud. Nothing is uploaded to Road Trip Replay's servers automatically — your data stays yours.
