Photograph the label. The camera reads it, the app searches 206,000 wines and fills in the whole record — producer, region, vintage, grapes, drinking window. You check it and you're done.

WHAT SHOULD I OPEN TONIGHT?
Name the dish — grilled steak, salt cod, mushroom risotto, sushi — and Apotheca points to the bottle in YOUR cellar that should be opened, and explains why. No cellar yet? It suggests three wines to look for on the restaurant's list.
