Snow in the forecast? StormSense pre-heats your driveway before it starts — so you wake up to clear pavement instead of ice.

StormSense is the companion app for the Heatizon StormSense automatic snow-melt controller. Monitor and control your heated driveway, walkway, or roof system from anywhere — right from your phone with one of the Heatizon compatible activators.

AUTOMATIC, WEATHER-AWARE OPERATION
StormSense watches the local forecast and pre-heats your slab before snow arrives, so surfaces are already warm when the storm hits. Once snow is actually falling, control is handed back to your system's on-site sensor, which governs the event using real moisture and temperature. You get the head start of pre-heating without wasting energy running all storm long.

SEE EXACTLY WHAT YOUR SYSTEM IS DOING
- Live status: heating or idle, current mode, and connection state
- Snow probability, precipitation chance, and the air and slab temperatures your controller is acting on
- Run data by location across all of your controllers
- Pre-heat status, so you know when the system is warming ahead of a storm

FULL MANUAL CONTROL WHEN YOU WANT IT
- Force On with an optional timed hold that auto-reverts, so a unit is never left running by accident
- Standby to temporarily disable heating
- Return to fully automatic operation anytime

MANAGE MULTIPLE CONTROLLERS
Claim controllers to your account, name them by location, and release them when you move a unit. Everything stays in sync across your devices.

REQUIREMENTS
StormSense requires a Heatizon StormSense controller and a free account. Controllers connect over your Wi-Fi network and can be controlled over the cloud.
