HouseLoom is built for linen porters, housekeeping support staff and supervisors who need a clear view of daily hotel operations without scattered paper notes or spreadsheets. Set up each hotel to match the way it actually works, then see priorities, stock and unfinished work at a glance.

PLAN EVERY SHIFT

Create flexible shift templates and practical duty checklists. Adapt the plan when only two porters are working, carry unfinished work forward and keep a useful history of completed shifts and breaks.

KNOW WHAT IS IN EVERY STORE

Build each hotel with its own floors, cupboards, central stores and specialist locations. Record daily stock levels, complete weekly linen counts and track supplies or equipment wherever they are kept.

UNDERSTAND LINEN MOVEMENT

Record incoming cages and packages manually or photograph delivery labels for on-device text recognition. Log rejected linen for any date, review it in a calendar and use clear charts to compare rejects with clean deliveries.

KEEP EQUIPMENT READY

Track carpet-machine cleaning, photos and handovers. Log ozone-machine rooms, start and finish times, and leave clear notes when work continues into the next shift.

HAND OVER WITH CONFIDENCE

Send a live hotel snapshot directly to a nearby iPhone through an encrypted peer-to-peer QR handover. The receiving porter can review what changed and choose what to import before replacing local data.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

HouseLoom works without an account. Operational records stay on the iPhone, with optional backup to the signed-in user’s private iCloud database. There are no ads, analytics or tracking.

HouseLoom is designed for internal hotel operations rather than guest requests. This version uses one local profile per device.
