Open Gym for Instructors is the companion app for fitness and wellness instructors on Open Gym, the marketplace where independent instructors publish bookable classes and customers buy tickets.

Run your teaching business from your phone: create a class once, put it on the calendar as often as you like, and let Open Gym handle bookings, tickets and payments.

PUBLISH YOUR CLASSES
- Create an activity with photos, description, level, category, capacity and price
- Set what you provide and what participants should bring
- Choose your own cancellation and refund window
- Keep classes as drafts until you are ready, then publish or archive them

FILL YOUR SCHEDULE
- Put a class on the calendar as a one-off session or a repeating series
- Reschedule or cancel individual sessions, or bulk-cancel a whole recurring group
- Spot scheduling conflicts before they happen
- See who is booked on every session at a glance

GET PAID
- Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your own connected Stripe account, on your own payout schedule
- Track earnings, upcoming sessions and completed payouts in one dashboard
