## Description

EyesProtector 是面向 Mac、iPhone 与 iPad 的视疲劳习惯教练与近用镜工作流伴侣。帮你在连续近距工作日里保持远眺节奏，并按配镜方案管理通勤换镜提醒——不做蓝光滤镜，也不做疗效训练。
【工作时段远眺】
在你设定的上班到下班时段内，按间隔提醒短暂远眺。可用休息暂停、午休、下班模式或当日关闭来搁置；没有「总开关」。支持柔和提醒与严格模式（按平台能力）。
【配镜方案与换镜】
可选单镜、双镜或裸眼。双镜用户在上下班通勤节点收到换镜提醒；单镜与裸眼不打扰换镜。
【Mac 原生体验】
菜单栏随时查看节奏、搁置与恢复。够用版智能暂停：专注模式与会议类 App（如 Zoom、腾讯会议、Teams、FaceTime）可自动搁置。
【体感与完成度】
下班前后记录主观体感评分（0–10），回看远眺完成度与日 / 周习惯小结。
【多设备与价格】
可选开启 iCloud，在多台设备间免费同步设置与体感日记。Mac 上核心循环完整免费；iPhone 与 iPad 须一次性买断后解锁核心循环。
