Show Caller turns your run-of-show into a live call. Build the cue sheet once, share a code with your crew, and every person sees the cue you're calling the moment you call it.

HOW IT WORKS

Build the show. Enter cues with numbers, titles, durations and show times. Times recalculate down the sheet as you adjust, so a schedule change doesn't mean retyping forty rows. Already keep it in a spreadsheet? Import it as a CSV.

Add your departments. Audio, lighting, video, talent — whatever the show needs, each with its own color and its own note on each cue.

Bring the crew in. Share a room code, a QR code, or an invite link. Crew join on their own phones and see only what concerns them.

Call the show. One tap advances the cue and every screen updates instantly. Your crew see the current cue, their own note for it, and a countdown to the next cue that involves them.

Building and editing a run-of-show is always free. A pass or subscription is only needed to call a show live, and a pass doesn't start counting down until the moment you go live.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
