WHOLE-PROPERTY LiDAR SCANNING (Pro devices)
On iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models with a LiDAR scanner, walk the property room by room. ScanEzey connects the rooms into one structure and generates a clean 2D floor plan, an interactive 3D model, and accurate room measurements — no dedicated scanning hardware required.

CLICKABLE PHOTO WALKTHROUGH (any iPhone)
On any iPhone, capture photo viewpoints as you move through the property. ScanEzey links them into a tap-through virtual tour — move room to room, look around, and always know which room you're in.

2D FLOOR PLANS
Clean, to-scale plans generated from the scan — walls, doors, windows, and openings, with room names and a floor switcher for multi-level properties.

INTERACTIVE 3D MODEL
A dollhouse-style 3D view you can rotate, pan, zoom, and view from above. Tap any room to identify it.

ROOM MEASUREMENTS
Floor area, dimensions, ceiling height, perimeter, and door and window counts — calculated from captured geometry.
