forwarders, shipping agencies, and trucking companies.

Replace WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets with one platform that
handles your entire operation.

SHIPMENTS
Track every shipment across a ten-stage workflow from booking to
delivery. Attach documents, log updates, and keep your whole team
looking at the same information.

FLEET & DISPATCH
See your trucks on a live map. Assign drivers and vehicles to jobs
in a couple of taps. Get alerts for speeding, route deviation,
extended stops, and maintenance due.

FOR DRIVERS
Drivers get their own view: assigned jobs, turn-by-turn navigation
to pickup and delivery, proof-of-delivery photo capture, fuel
logging, and issue reporting.

CUSTOMERS STAY INFORMED
Every delivery gets a tracking link your customer can open on any
phone with no login. They see live position, status, and estimated
arrival. Automatic email and WhatsApp updates mean nobody has to
call and ask where their cargo is.

AI THAT SAVES REAL TIME
Photograph a bill of lading, invoice, or receipt and the details
fill themselves in. Ask the built-in assistant how to do something
and it walks you through it.

BUILT FROM REAL FREIGHT
Hayes GlobalFlow started as the tool a freight forwarding operation
in Tema, Ghana needed and could not find. It is used today by
freight companies in Ghana and the United States.

Available in English and Chinese.

An active Hayes GlobalFlow subscription is required. Subscriptions
are managed outside the app by your company administrator.
