MAKE A PLAN THAT FITS
Choose a moment, an action and a fallback. Review your plan before saving it. Written scenes and believable affirmations offer optional preparation; you decide what to try.

KEEP A PRIVATE RECORD
Check in with Done, Partly done or Not done. Add a private reflection, photo or voice note if helpful. Goals, plans and media stay on this device by default.

PREMIUM
Premium adds daily rituals beyond the free first week, on-device scene audio, full Proof history, private weekly Reels and Premium widgets. Annual access renews unless cancelled; lifetime is a one-time purchase. Apple shows the localized price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Find the words, private data export and deletion do not require Premium. The bundled writing tools work offline. Private content is not sent to analytics or third-party AI by default.
