KalApp is a calorie and nutrition tracker for people who want to know exactly where every number comes from.

YOUR OWN CATALOGUE
• Create foods from the package label — exact values, your units, your names.
• Build recipes by weight. Per-100 g and per-serving values are calculated for you.
• Log restaurant meals by dish, with your own estimate — clearly marked as an estimate.
• Search results are grouped by source — your own foods, the community database, generic foods (USDA) and online products (Open Food Facts) — so you always see where a value came from.

FAST LOGGING
• Meal slots for the day, quick-add of your most used items, barcode scanning.
• Water tracker, history calendar, weight and trend charts, streaks.
• Export of your history as PDF or CSV.
• Apple Health: writes weight and nutrition to Health if you allow it, and reads active energy for the day's balance.

YOUR DATA
• Your log and your catalogue live on your device and in your own iCloud. No account, no login, no server of ours holding your diary.
• Share a food or recipe with family by link — AirDrop, Messages, whatever you use. Links expire after 72 hours.
• Send a food, recipe or restaurant dish to the community if you want to. Every submission is reviewed before it is published, and your original stays yours.
