halomap is location-pinned public chat. Drop a conversation on the map — a concert that just started, a restaurant closing early, traffic on the bridge — and anyone nearby can jump in and reply in real time.

Browse the map
• Explore nearby chats as you pan and zoom
• See clusters of conversations when you’re zoomed out
• Spot Live threads that were active in the last few minutes
• Search for a place, then start or join a chat there

Start a conversation
• Pin a thread at your map centre
• Pick a kind: event, notice, traffic, or general
• Add a title so people know what the place is about

Talk in context
• Open any pin and reply instantly
• Share photos, video, or voice when you need more than text
• Share a chat link so friends land on the same thread

Your identity
• Explore as a guest, or continue with Sign in with Apple
• Set a display name and optional profile photo
• Block people or report abuse from inside the app
