## Description

Practice faster without noticing. Set a tempo, set an interval, and the click nudges the speed up for you.

Metronome Climber is a practice metronome built around one idea: the best way to get a passage up to tempo is to sneak up on it.

Set a starting tempo and an interval. Play. When the interval ends you hear a chime, the tempo steps up, and the next interval begins automatically. Start a passage at 80, and twenty minutes later you are playing it at 100 without ever having braced for the jump.

THE DIAL
The whole app is one control. Drag around the arc to set the tempo from 20 to 320 BPM. The number in the middle is the play button. The inner ring counts down the interval you are in. Nothing else competes for your attention while you are trying to play.

INTERVAL CLIMB
Choose how long each interval runs, from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, and how far the tempo climbs each time, from 1 to 20 BPM. A chime and a short rest mark every step up, so you always know a change is coming.

THE CLICK
Sample-accurate timing generated natively, so the beat does not drift. Subdivisions for quarters, eighths, triplets and sixteenths. Accent the downbeat with 1 to 12 beats per measure, or turn accents off entirely.
