txtadv reimagines classic interactive fiction for the age of AI. Choose a server-curated adventure or begin a Unique Adventure generated just for you...then decide what happens next.

EVERY TURN GIVES YOU THREE CHOICES

Read each newly generated story turn, then choose exactly one of three paths forward. Your decisions shape the adventure until you reach its ending. A standard story is about 20 turns and uses roughly 100 stamina, though outcomes can vary.

BUILT FOR STORYTELLING

• Explore authored adventure templates and newly originated stories
• Watch each transmission appear in a retro terminal-inspired interface
• Save active adventures and return to them later
• Revisit completed stories
• Share an adventure history with friends or save it to Files
• Permanently delete individual adventures whenever you choose

STAMINA

New players receive 20 stamina at no cost. Generating a story turn consumes stamina. Optional purchases add more stamina to your account so you can continue playing. Your current reserve follows your txtadv account when you sign in with Apple.

DESIGNED WITH CONTROL IN MIND

Adventure templates and generation instructions are controlled by the txtadv service. Players choose from the three options presented each turn rather than entering free-form prompts. Generated content is moderated before it is displayed.

Account controls let you export a portable copy of your data.

txtadv is intended for players age 16 and older. AI-generated adventures may include suspense, peril, violence, horror, or other mature themes.

An internet connection and Sign in with Apple are required. Story generation uses AI and results may vary.
