After a session, tap record and debrief out loud — the way you'd tell your consultation group. NoAdmin Notes turns it into a clean, signed progress note, names it, and files it. All on your device. No typing, no folders, and nothing sent to any server.

How it works
• Tap to record, then talk. Pause as long as you like — silence produces nothing, so there's no penalty for trailing off and picking the thought back up.
• It writes the note in your format — Narrative, DAP, or SOAP — and picks the client name (or alias) and date of service out of what you said, so it's labeled without you typing anything.
• Read it beside the transcript, fix anything, then sign. It's timestamped, locked, and filed in your encrypted records vault.

Private by design
• Everything runs on your device. Transcription and note-writing happen on-device; your clinical content is never uploaded, and we never receive it.
• Records are AES-256 encrypted at rest, with the key held in your device's keychain — in your custody, not ours.
• No account, no cloud login, no third party reading your notes.

Works with your Mac
• Pair your iPhone, iPad, and Mac and they sync directly — device to device over your local network, with nothing in between. Debrief on your phone between sessions and it's there on your Mac.

Free
• Writing your notes is the product, and it stays free — unlimited notes.
