Staff Schedule is a fast, tap-first weekly planner for iPad. Build and update staff schedules without typing through the week—select a cell, then tap a shift, location, or status.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Plan a full week (Monday–Sunday) in a clear grid
• Organize people by department (add, rename, and reorder in Settings)
• Assign work with a bottom dock: tap shifts and locations, or Off / Holiday / Vacation and other statuses you define
• Select several cells at once with Multi and apply the same assignment in one tap
• Split a day into two blocks when someone works in more than one place
• Mark closed days so those columns stay visible but can’t be scheduled
• Print or share landscape PDF schedules by department

BUILT FOR SPEED
Day-to-day scheduling is tap-only. Typing is reserved for uncommon cases—like naming staff in Settings or entering Special hours when a preset doesn’t fit.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON THE IPAD
Schedules and settings are stored locally on the device. No account. No cloud sync. No tracking.

Customize locations, shift presets, status labels, departments, and closed days so the app matches how your workplace runs—not the other way around.
