## Description

Vitals is a subscription app. A subscription is required to use it, and it
unlocks all of it. The first week is free for new subscribers, the full app,
not a cut-down version, and there is nothing else to buy once you are in.

It is one place for what you eat, what you lift, and what you take.

FOOD

Log a meal by describing it in your own words, scanning a barcode, or taking a
photo. Checking a product reads its ingredient list rather than the marketing on
the front, so two things that claim the same thing on the label stop looking
identical.

- 23 vitamins and minerals scored against published reference intakes
- Targets that move with your age and sex, because several of them genuinely do
- Fibre, sugar, sodium and potassium alongside protein, carbs and fat
- A whole-day view that shows where the gaps are
- Cook a batch once, weigh it, and every plate of it that week is worked out
from what you put on your scale rather than a guess at how many servings a
  tray holds

TRAINING

- 306 exercises, each with instructions, coaching cues and a muscle chart
- Build a routine once, then start it in one tap. The chart shows what the
session trains and names the major muscles it misses.
- 125 stretches across 15 areas of the body, with a guided run that times them
- Every session is saved, and last time's numbers are waiting when you repeat it

YOUR NUMBERS, WORKED OUT PROPERLY

Vitals estimates what you burn from your body and your actual training rather
than one flat activity multiplier, then corrects itself against what your weight
really does over the following four weeks.

It also refuses to help you do something stupid. Deficits are capped, calories
have a floor, and it tells you plainly when you are eating too little to train
on.

WHAT YOU TAKE

Keep a list of what you take and when, tick doses off as the day goes, and see
how the ones with a known vitamin or mineral content count toward your day.

For anything that arrives as a powder and gets mixed, it counts what is left:
how many doses are gone, how much is still in the vial, and roughly when you
need another. A stock counter, not a dosing tool. It does not work out doses and
it does not recommend anything to anyone.

WHAT VITALS DOES NOT DO

No adverts. No selling your data. No account, no sign-up, no password. Your
food, weight, workouts and list stay on your phone.

The subscription is the entire business model. That is why there is nothing else
in here trying to make money out of you.

No pricing tricks: a free first week, then $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year,
shown before you install, no weekly plan, no price that changes with your
answers.
Works in airplane mode: everything except the AI features and barcode lookup
runs with no connection, and nothing is lost if the signal drops mid-workout.
Privacy receipt: every network call the app makes, listed in plain words at
https://vitals-api-snowy.vercel.app/privacy-receipt

AI FEATURES

Three features send what you type to an AI to interpret it. They are capped at
120 actions a month, around four a day. Everything else in the app is unlimited.

IMPORTANT

Vitals is an information and logging tool. It is not medical advice, and it does
not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Talk to a doctor before changing what
you eat or what you take, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under
18, or being treated for anything. Reference intakes shown are the United States
values and differ elsewhere.

SUBSCRIPTION

Vitals Pro is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with the first week free for new
subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of
purchase, or when the free week ends. It renews automatically unless turned off
at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in
your Apple Account settings.
