## Description

Kids solve on a real scratch pad — Apple Pencil or finger — and Numi grades every answer, explains the misses, and shows parents exactly what needs work. No printout.

Numi is math practice for children, set up by a parent and worked through on the iPad or iPhone — with a real scratch pad, not just a box to type an answer into.

HOW IT WORKS

1. A parent creates an account and adds a profile for each child, with their grade level (1 to 8).
2. Tap Start practice. Numi generates a fresh set of problems at that grade — never the same worksheet twice.
3. The child works each problem out on the scratch pad with an Apple Pencil or a finger, then types or taps the answer.
4. Numi grades the set, gives feedback on every problem, and explains anything that was missed, step by step.
5. The parent sees the score, the time taken, the child's own written work, and a summary of what needs work.

A REAL SCRATCH PAD

Carrying, borrowing, long division, common denominators — the part that actually teaches is the working out. Numi gives every problem a full-width pad with pen sizes, colors and an eraser, and saves what the child wrote. When you look back at a problem later, you see their handwriting, not just the answer they landed on.

Apple Pencil is supported, and so is a finger. A single switch above the pad decides whether a finger writes or scrolls, so a resting palm never draws by accident.

EXPLANATIONS, NOT JUST MARKS

A wrong answer is only useful if the child finds out why. Every problem can be opened to a worked solution written for that grade level — the steps, in order, ending at the answer, next to what the child actually wrote. Step-by-step review can be left open, or locked behind the parent password so it stays a teaching tool rather than an answer key.

Nothing a child does in Numi is public or shared with anyone else, and there are no ads and no chat. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app at any time.

Every new account gets 7 days of full access. After that, the free plan keeps working: one practice session a day, up to 5 problems each. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited sessions, up to 50 problems per session, focus areas, automatic focus, and the AI "needs work" summary. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

PRIVACY
