## Description

Ten seconds a day: a mood, what you did, and a note or voice memo if you want one. A month later the patterns behind your best and worst days are on a chart.

Some days go wrong and you can't say why. LifeMood is a mood tracker built to answer that: pick how you feel, tap what you did, and after a few weeks the pattern you couldn't see from inside it shows up on a chart.

A check-in takes about ten seconds. Choose a mood, tap the activities that filled your day, done. When you want to say more, you can — type a note, record a voice memo, or attach a photo. Some days the whole entry is one tap. Other days you write three paragraphs about why you're angry. Both count as a real entry, and neither one nags you.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

The point of a mood diary isn't the logging, it's what turns up later. LifeMood reads your own history and tells you which activities travel with your best days, which weekday is quietly your worst, and whether your mood has been steadier this month than last.

- Mood over time, mood counts, and how often each activity appears
- Often Together: the activities that keep landing on the same day
- Filter any stat by an activity, a group, a goal or a mood level
- Your year as a grid of colored pixels, one square per day
- A month calendar colored by how each day actually went
- Rating scales for energy, stress, sleep, caffeine and exercise, each tracked as its own trend
- Streaks, goals and achievements that build the habit instead of guilt-tripping you into it
- Custom moods and activities, named and colored by you, from a library of icons
- Emoji themes that change the faces on the mood scale, not just the colors
- Reminders on the days and at the times you pick, as many as you need
- Favorite an entry and it keeps a bookmark in the timeline
- Light and dark appearance, with a set of mood themes to match

People use it as a daily mood diary, a habit tracker, a gratitude log, a sleep and energy record, or a bullet-journal-style check-in that doesn't need a pen. Same ten seconds, different reason.

BUILT TO SURVIVE WEEK TWO

Most journals stop there. This one is designed around that: reminders at times you'll actually have a minute, a quick add that skips straight to the mood picker, and no blank page demanding a paragraph before it will let you log anything.

If you're tracking alongside therapy, the notes field takes whatever shape you need — a thought record, a DBT diary card, a CBT-style log of what happened and what you made it mean. Export any date range as a PDF to bring to a session, or as CSV if you'd rather do your own math on it.

YOUR ENTRIES STAY YOURS

Everything you write, record and photograph is stored on your iPhone. Your journal is not uploaded, your notes are not read, and there's no account to create. Put a PIN or Face ID in front of the app and it stays shut.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Unlimited entries, notes, voice memos, a photo per entry, the calendar, a goal, a rating scale and the core stats are all part of the app. So is the PIN and Face ID lock.

LifeMood Premium adds unlimited goals and scales, unlimited photos per entry, every theme, the full set of insight cards, your complete Year in Pixels history, and PDF export. It comes as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase.

Make one entry today. In a month you'll have something worth reading.
