Roots is two thirty-day journeys with a verse for every day. One for the season when nothing you're doing shows yet, and one for the season after, when it finally does and you have to learn how to stand in it.

For the long middle. You've been in the Word, you've prayed about it, and you're still standing in the same place waiting on an answer that hasn't come. These thirty days are about what's actually happening down there: depth before height, the quiet years doing the work, and the difference between being buried and being planted.

ABOVE · THIRTY DAYS IN THE LIGHT

For what comes next. The courage to be seen after being hidden. Growing without asking permission. Trusting God to take you higher than feels reasonable, living outside the comfort of the ground, and not shrinking for the voices that want you smaller. These are the days when what you built underground finally has to hold weight.

Read both, or start wherever you are. Most people start below.

Each day is one short entry ending with a King James verse to carry. A few minutes, not a homework assignment. Your progress is measured in depth and then in height, with no streaks, no percentages, and nothing to keep up with.

A GLOSSARY OF PRAYERS, FREE

Seven short prayers for the days you don't have words: anxiety, depression, finances, grief, insecurity, protection, temptation. Each with a verse under it. Send any of them to someone by text; they don't need the app to read it.

The first three days of Beneath and the first day of Above are free. One payment opens all sixty days for good. No subscription. No ads. No account to create. Your reading is stored on your device, not on a server, and everything works offline. Purchases are processed through Apple.
